Q: What support is there? When can I access the Mentors/Instructors? How do I contact them?

A: Most of our technical and career courses include 24x7 interactive learning support across the Internet which sustains students using our self-paced learning materials (this excludes various user-skills, introduction and creative web design programs - see the particular program guide in our Free Information E-Book for details.)

This is achieved through online real-time access to tutors, live demonstrations, interactive chat sessions with other students, bulletin boards and continuous assessment and feedback. Certified online instructors are located at global support centres in the UK, US, Australia and Singapore to provide real-time answers to both technology and soft-skill-related questions 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year. You will receive log-in details and instructions with your study materials.

Info Pack ButtonWe've spent many years listening to student requirements and we know that this level of support is the only real option for successful study of technical subjects. Business hours (or even 'extended' business hours) support doesn't provide answers when you need them most; only when the majority of us are still at work. And what about weekends and evenings? Email-only support is vastly limiting too - you may have to wait up to 24 hrs or more for a response to a question that is concerning you now.

Beware of companies offering '24:7' support services that operate via a 'ring-back' call-centre. Just because you can contact them 24 hrs a day, doesn't mean you will be speaking to an advisor. You may be talking to a call-centre who will ask an instructor to call you back at a more 'convenient' time... convenient to whom?
